Set POP/IMAP Password
If you want to access your MadJack Mail account through a mobile device or an email program like Thunderbird or Outlook or to migrate your email to your Alumni email account, you will need to set a separate password.
- Log in to the left with your Western campus computing account (stu and your 6 digit student number and password)
- Set your IMAP/POP password.
- Setup IMAP/POP connection on your email client or mobile device.

Keep in mind that your IMAP/POP password only needs to be set if you are going to access your Western email account with a third-party email client or mobile device. Setting the POP/IMAP password does not affect your login when accessing your email online.
